Emmanuel Duchange

Managing Director - Constructa Urban Systems

Emmanuel Duchange began his career in 1999 at Constructa in the United States. There he operated exclusively on complex projects totaling investments of more than 500 million USD.

He participated in the management of projects such as the residential high-rise 1500 Ocean Drive in Miami Beach, the Sofitel Tower in New York and the shopping centers Mary Brickell Village and OceanSteps in Miami.

Back in France in 2006, Emmanuel became director of Constructa’s complex urban project in Marseilles’ sea front: Les Quais d’Arenc.

He participated in the creation of Constructa Urban Systems in 2009 and was appointed its Chief Executive Officer.

Emmanuel received a Master of Engineering in industrial systems from EIGSI VIOLET school in La Rochelle in 1999 and he graduated with honors in Mathematics and Physics from the University of Bordeaux in 1996.
